$1,400
The Birth Doula Support package is $1,400 and includes two prenatal visits, on-call availability from 38 weeks, continuous labor support, and one postpartum check-in visit within the first week.
A payment plan is available, and a portion of the fee may be reimbursable through HSA or FSA accounts — I’m happy to provide documentation for your provider.
INTRODUCTION
Birth doula support means you are never facing labor alone. From the moment contractions begin until your baby is placed in your arms, I stay by your side offering continuous physical comfort, calm guidance, and steady emotional reassurance.
This is hands-on, in-the-room support — not a replacement for your medical team, but a constant companion who knows you, your preferences, and your birth plan intimately, and who helps you feel grounded through every stage.
HOW IT WORKS
We begin with two prenatal visits to build trust and map out your birth preferences. Once labor begins, you can call or text any time, day or night, and I will join you at home or meet you at the hospital or birth center.
Throughout labor I offer comfort measures like massage, positioning, breathing techniques, and calm verbal encouragement, while helping you and your partner communicate clearly with your care providers.
