PRICING
$45/hr
Postpartum care is billed at $45 per hour with a 4-hour minimum per visit, and discounted packages are available for 20 and 40 hour bundles booked in advance.
INTRODUCTION
The fourth trimester asks a lot of a new family, and postpartum doula care is here to soften the landing. I come into your home to help with newborn care, light meal preparation, gentle household support, and simply being present while you rest and recover.
This is judgment-free, evidence-based support tailored to your family — whether you need help learning to read your baby’s cues, recovering from birth, or navigating early feeding.
HOW IT WORKS
We schedule shifts around your needs, whether that’s a few daytime hours a week or overnight support so you can sleep. Each visit is shaped by what would help most that day — newborn soothing, light meals, laundry, or simply holding the baby so you can shower.
I also offer basic breastfeeding and bottle-feeding guidance, and can refer you to a lactation consultant or pelvic floor therapist if additional specialized support is needed.
